Abstract

Cwmpas wishes to appoint an external contractor to undertake an independent evaluation of Community Shares Wales. The evaluation will analyse the programme’s progress, inform improvements to project practice and delivery, and support future programme development. The evaluation is expected to comprise three linked phases: an initial formative and baseline evaluation; a mid-term review; and a final evaluation highlighting the programme’s impact.
