The Port of Milford Haven ("PoMH") is seeking feedback from the market in advance of a forthcoming procurement for the provision of CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarms and Intruder Alarms

The purpose of this Preliminary Market Engagement (PME) exercise is to better understand current market capability, potential delivery models, procurement structures and commercial arrangements before finalising the procurement strategy and tender documentation.

Participation in this PME exercise is entirely voluntary and is intended solely to inform the development of the future procurement. Participation, or non-participation, will not confer any advantage or disadvantage in any subsequent procurement process.

Background

The Port of Milford Haven is considering arrangements for the provision of security-related services, including but not limited to:

CCTV systems and associated services;

Access control systems and associated services;

Fire Alarms and associated services;

Intruder Alarms and associated services;

Maintenance, support and lifecycle management of security infrastructure;

Associated consultancy and technical services.

The scope and packaging of services have not yet been finalised and supplier feedback is sought to inform the procurement approach.
