Pricing
1. How would you recommend that the Council structures the pricing schedule, for example:
price per tonne;
fixed collection charge;
haulage charge based on distance;
treatment or gate fee;
or a combination of these?
2. Do you link your prices to an industry index, commodity market, published benchmark or other market indicator?
If so, please identify the index or market reference used and explain how price adjustments would be calculated.
3. How frequently would you expect prices to be reviewed—for example monthly, quarterly or annually?

Not responding to this Prior Information Notice shall not prevent any economic operator from participating in any future procurement process. The publication of this Prior Information Notice does not signify the beginning of any formal procurement process and does not constitute a commitment by the Council to undertake any future procurement process. The Council may withdraw or amend any information contained in this Prior Information Notice at any time and without notice.
