Tenderers must be able to provide both Telematics systems & tachograph systems including Tachograph download and Analysis
III.1.2) Economic and financial standing
List and brief description of selection criteria:
Tenderers must hold a minimum:
5,000,000 GBP Employers Liability Insurance (where applicable),
5,000,000 GBP Public/Product Liability Insurance.
Where a Group is providing the equipment, please provide a copy of both the Group’s Annual Accounts and the Annual Accounts for the particular subsidiary company that will be providing the equipment
The Council will use an independent credit scoring organisation, namely Equifax, to conduct appropriate financial probity checks.
Minimum level(s) of standards required:
Tenderers must hold a minimum:
5,000,000 GBP Employers Liability Insurance (where applicable),
5,000,000 GBP Public/Product Liability Insurance.
Submission of 3 most recent set of Audited Annual Accounts for review by the Council (audited where applicable, or equivalent financial information where audited accounts are not available).
You must score a risk rating of low risk in order to be considered for Contract award.
If the Credit Report contains a risk rating between moderate risk and very high risk, you will be given an opportunity to provide additional information which will be taken into account during the Council’s assessment.
Where additional supporting information does not satisfy the Council that that the risk is mitigated you shall be allocated a mark of fail and subsequently disqualified.

You must submit two examples of providing equivalent or similar services within the last 3 years. This includes both tachograph data downloads and data analysis.

Whilst CCTV is requested, the Council do not have an intention to purchase this at this time but are keen to understand pricing should this requirement arise. If you cannot provide CCTV, there is an option to provide Telematics and Tachograph services only.
