Core HR inc: employee details, contracts, positions, Can the system cope with more than one position, can it do split costings, more than one manager, integrated calendar with outlook; offboarding; automated workflows;

Payroll

Recruitment (ATS) inc: onboarding, talent management, integrate to our website for adverts, match & Gap, skills matching; onboarding

LMS inc: elearning, instructor led training, personal event recording, upload of certificates, integrated calendar with outlook

Workforce planning/salary modelling

Reporting/analytic dashboards
