The contract was awarded following a further competition undertaken through the YPO Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) 295.
In accordance with the rules of DPS 295, a further competition was conducted amongst all suppliers appointed to the relevant category of the DPS capable of delivering the Council's requirements.
