The works involve the supply and installation of ventilation systems to all Citizen property types. This is inclusive of all property types (including high-rise), and systems can be installed either into the wall/ceiling, or into the window.
This contract was procured via the Procurement for Housing dynamic purchase system for Responsive Repairs, Voids and Associated Works. The procurement was split into three lots: Lot 1 high-rise only, lot 2 all other property types and lot 3 all property types. Citizen permitted up to 4 to be awarded onto any one lot. Two bids were received, both bidding for lot 3 and both were awarded a contract.
The total value in this notice is the estimated total spend throughout the lifetime of the contracts, across both contractors.

This contract was procured via the Procurement for Housing dynamic purchase system for Responsive Repairs, Voids and Associated Works. The procurement was split into three lots: Lot 1 high-rise only, lot 2 all other property types and lot 3 all property types. Citizen permitted up to 4 to be awarded onto any one lot. Two bids were received, both bidding for lot 3 and both were awarded a contract. There were no contracts awarded under either lot 1 or 2. The total value for lot 3 is across both contracts, and is a top-line estimate, not a guaranteed number.
