This contract was awarded through Crown Commercial Services' RM6306 Water, Wastewater and Ancillary Services 3 framework agreement.
Under this framework, Post Office chose the CCS fully managed route to market option, whereby Post Office joined the biannual Lot 3 further competition run by CCS experts, and awarded a compliant call-off to the winner of this competition.
