The complete solution must be configured so that all connected devices operate in accordance with the V&A's surveillance and retention standards.Hardware provision may comprise Genetec Streamvault recording servers, Cloudlink cloud-managed devices, or a combination of these, as required for the migration. The supplier must provide the hardware required to deliver the video recording and storage solution across South Kensington, Young V&A, Park Royal and Dean Hill Park.Software provision must include the Genetec device software licences and associated software support licenses required for the migrated cameras and supporting devices for a 12-month period. This includes verifying device connectivity, video recording and surveillance management through Genetec. As the Genetec platform is already in place, we regret that we are unable to consider alternatives as the solution must be compatible with the existing platform.
