Description of the goods or services required

This lot covers the complete supply and installation of a stage LED lighting upgrade, a lighting control console, a wired communications system, and the associated power and DMX infrastructure for Valleys Kids at the Soar Centre, Penygraig.

To support the organisation’s transition from generic fixtures to an efficient, modern setup, the appointed supplier will deliver energy-efficient LED equipment designed to enhance the centres/venue’s technical capabilities, improve long-term operational sustainability, and accommodate diverse performance and touring productions. All supplied goods must fulfil the full scope of the upgrade, meeting the specifications on a direct like-for-like basis or via an approved equivalent solution.

Company information and key contacts are fully provided, details of sub-contractors (if any) are provided, mandatory grounds for exclusion do not apply, all requested document sections have been completed, health & Safety documentation (RAMS) is verified and approved, Technical specifications and like-for-like/equivalence evidence provided.
