Timber pitched roof trusses at 600mm centres form the roof construction spanning from front to the rear external walls giving support to roof tiles on battens in the form of timber purlins and timber intermediate rafters and ceiling joists in a traditional form of construction. With a lack of suitable insulation, the properties have been identified as below current requirements to meet WHQS.
