Description/object of the contract

This is a project to develop and pilot one of three coaching and mentoring systems that support talent management for the Asset Skills sector. This tender invites companies to submit proposals for the development, pilot delivery of one of these models and the completion of an employer toolkit based on the model, appropriate to the industries represented in the Asset Skills sector. The three broad industry areas to be addressed are: Housing; Property and Planning; and Facilities Management and Cleaning (incorporating Pest control and Parking). please see tender specification for more information on the detail of this opportunity.
