INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF OFFICE CLEANING SERVICES AT ESTYN – ANCHOR COURT, CARDIFF
Requirements
You are formally invited by Estyn to submit a quotation for a firm price contract for the provision of office cleaning services (including labour, equipment and consumables such as cleaning chemical, toilet rolls and paper towels) at Estyn, Anchor Court, Keen road, Cardiff, CF24 5JW. If you are unable to return a quotation, please let us know as soon as possible.
You are also invited to submit a quotation for the midday cleaning and restocking of the toilet facilities during conferences and training events held at Anchor court. These events are held on an ad hoc basis for which we will request in writing (email) at least 10 working days prior to the event. This quotation should be separate from the fixed price contract above and should be based on:
• 1 cleaner for 1 hour during the day of the event
• The restocking of consumables such as toilet rolls and paper towels.
The area consists of 4 toilet cubicles, 1 disabled toilet cubicle, 5 wash hand basins, 3 paper towel dispensers and 3 hand dryers.
If you do not provide midday cleaning services this will not preclude you from submitting a quote for the main fixed price contract mentioned above.
