Abstract

This procurement exercise was conducted by the National Procurement Service for Wales (NPS), which is hosted by the Welsh Government. NPS acts on behalf of the Welsh public sector to deliver value for money from the procurement of common and repetitive goods and services 'once for Wales'. The NPS on behalf of the Welsh public sector has established a Framework Agreement for the provision of Solicitors' legal services. Tenderers were invited to bid to become a member of a panel of legal advisers, each appointed under a Framework Agreement. Arrangements comprise the following subject area packages: 1.
