II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Following discussions between the University and the Scheme Trustees, Aberystwyth University Pension & Assurance Scheme (AUPAS) requirements for future professional services support require the Trustees seeking to bring their normal/routine services within an overall ceiling on expense budgets, and under ‘fixed fee’ arrangements with service providers, (where practical and acceptable to both parties).This tender process will cover 3 professional services:-
Schedule 1 — Administration Services
Schedule 2 — Actuarial Services
Schedule 3 — Investment Advice Services
It was the Trustees' preference for one firm to supply all services but they did not rule out a provider wishing to be considered for only one appointment. The estimated contract award period and subject to
