The new school building is to achieve both BREEAM ‘Excellent’ and ‘Passivhuas’ accreditation, previous experience here is desirable however not essential. Key Packages of Interest include; Ceilings and Partitions, External Welsh Larch Timber Cladding, Zinc Roof and Wall Claddings, Composite Aluminium Windows and External Doors (Passivhaus -Standard), Internal joinery.
