Cardiff University is seeking a vendor to provide a document scanning service. This service will enable the University to gain from the advantages of converting some of its paper records into electronic format whilst ensuring that the conversion takes place in a controlled manner in line with appropriate procedures so that the accuracy, integrity and legal admissibility of the scanned images is assured. The vendor will provide scanning for any Schools or Divisions within the University who wish to use the contract ensuring that such work is provided to a uniformly high standard.
