Software support and development of its suite of interdependent systems, (of which there are over 4 000 internal and external system users). This will be inclusive of bug fixes, patches, upgrades, technical documentation, proactive system monitoring, critical Alerts, Service packs and reportings etc. This suite of systems utilises MS SQL, .NET, and a number of other standard Microsoft technologies all hosted in a VMware virtualised environment. There are over 4 000 systems users
A robust, proactive and responsive disaster recovery hosting provider for its virtualised DR systems. This service includes:
The provision of the necessary internet lines.
Migration of these systems from the existing supplier.
Replication and validation of information.
It should be noted that NHS LA are not seeking to procure a new Claims Management System.
This procurement exercise is been carried out on behalf of NHSLA by Department of Health.
Contract is directly with NHS LA.
