— A locally accessible integrated model to include access for minor injury/illness including x-ray diagnostics, enabling easy and timely access to urgent health services, ensuring patient safety.
— Access to a range of community based services to include DVT, catheter care, wound clinic, musculo-skeletal services, and frailty clinic.

— Access to a range of community based services to include DVT, catheter care, wound clinic, musculo-skeletal services, and frailty clinic.
The contract will be for an initial 3 year term, with an optional 2 year extension. The contract value covers the whole 5 year term.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
The Commissioner will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide reasons for the award decision as required by the Light Touch regime of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into. The Public Contracts regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of ham by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Note that any challenge must be brought in accordance with the time limits which apply under these regulations.
