The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead and Wokingham Borough Council(s) operate a shared building service of which it manages its council properties and educational establishments. We require suitably experienced providers for (reactive and planned) Building Maintenance, Electrical and Mechanical Services for a 3+1+1 year contract. It should be acknowledged that the size, nature and location of sites operated by the Authorities, are subject to change over the duration of the contract.
