The 'Moving On Up Project' aims to support people with Complex Needs towards self-management of their own condition(s), develop independence/daily living skills, integrate into the community, develop meaningful relationships, navigate services and (where appropriate) manage a tenancy.
The service is primarily intended for young people (aged 16-25) with Autistic spectrum conditions and/or Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. It incorporates a 24 hour Supported Living service, In-reach support, Outreach support, Self-management support and Crisis management.
