Description of the goods or services required

The project is to replace the outdated facilities with a fit for purpose customer experience hub, in the form of a timber cabin, which will offer a wealth of information to the visitor. The cabin will also provide additional toilet facilities to the site. The works will include improving the facilities in the car park, making changes to the layout of the car park including access and egress from the site.
