Title
Enterprising Solutions Programme Evaluation

Description of the goods or services required
Contract Period: October 2018 to January 2020
We are looking for a consultant or consultancy team to evaluate the Enterprising Solutions Programme. Enterprising Solutions is a 3 year peer mentoring support programme for community enterprise, funded by the Big Lottery Wales under the People and Places Programme.
The evaluation will analyse and evaluate the progress of the Programme and inform improvements to practices and delivery, to help with future programme development.
There will be 2 Phases of work, with a report for each Phase. Phase 1 will complete by the end of January 2019 and Phase 2 by the end of January 2020.

Total quantity or scope of tender
As a minimum we will expect two reports:
- The Phase 1 Report should be produced by 31 January 2019
- The Phase 2 (Final) Report, by 31 January 2020
Bidding organisations will need to provide opportunities for groups and individuals involved in the evaluation to participate in Welsh. The Executive Summary report(s) should also be provided in Welsh.
