PfH is seeking to establish a framework for recruitment services over 4 lots. Lot 1 will provide recruitment services through a managed service provider. The MSPs appointed to the framework will be required to supply a fully managed recruitment service for temporary, interim and permanent labour requirements across all disciplines and geographical regions. The range of roles required include but are not limited to:

The successful suppliers will provide recruitment for permanent (including fixed term) staff placements as well as additional services including but not limited to workforce planning, organisational design, job evaluation, assessment centres and testing, personality profiling, training, policy and procedures design and development, career development, talent management, compliance checks (e.g. DVLA, DBS, Visa and Immigration), reference checks, performance management, employment media and marketing, recruitment Campaigns, etc. The successful service providers will be expected to deliver recruitment services across all job families and across a wide geographical region.
