United Learning Trust seeks to establish a multi-supplier, multi-lot framework to enable public sector organisations to access electricity and gas purchasing solutions via a competitive call-off process. TI framework seeks to appoint suitably licenced suppliers to facilitate a multi-lot/multi-supplier framework. The framework will be made up of 3 lots:
— Lot 1: provision of gas,
— Lot 2: provision of half-hourly electricity,
— Lot 3: provision of non-half-hourly electricity.
