The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason: protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights
Explanation
In accordance with Reg 32.2(b) this service can only be supplied by Emergency One UK Ltd due to technical reasons. Emergency One UK Ltd is the sole supplier for Magirus Ladders and is therefore the only supplier who can carry out the Loler inspections, servicing and any follow on work required.
