The Trust is seeking a partner to remove an existing CHP and boilers; install new c. 3,5 MWe CHP plant and equipment; install a new combination steam boiler, with fired and CHP exhaust heat recovery sections; install extensive LTHW 700 m DH mains with capacity for future site de steam; associated BEMS control; provide fully comprehensive maintenance of the CHP and related plant and equipment for up to 20 years, or the scheduled engine life. Supply and install a 2.25 MVA diesel generator set, integrated into the hospitals existing standby generation system, with retrofit NOx abatement units to the existing 4 generators.
