II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The tender process will be a restricted tender process, the first stage being the completion of the selection questionnaire, this can be downloaded by suppliers when they have registered and expressed an interest in the tender. The selection questionnaire return date is 16.10.2019 at 12.00 noon. Following evaluation of these it is anticipated 5 suppliers will be invited to tender for the contract.

The contract will have a maximum duration of 5 years and is expected to start on the 1.5.2020 until the 30.4.2025. There will be an option to ‘break’ 2 years when Berneslai Homes will take the opportunity to review supplier performance and achievements. Berneslai Homes shall elect to either ‘break’ the contract or refresh priorities and requirements for the following 3 years.
