The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework for the provision of soft facilities management services. The service areas covered are, but not limited to catering, pest control, car parking and traffic management, cleaning, drain cleaning and maintenance, window cleaning, deep cleaning, ground maintenance and winter gritting and a full soft FM managed service. The framework is intended to provide a one stop shop for organisations Soft FM requirements, with suppliers selected for their experience and ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services and works that combine quality and value and compliance. A call off order may be placed by direct award, or following a further competition.

NOE CPC will incorporate a minimum 10 calendar standstill period at the point information on the award of contract is communicated to tenderers, in accordance with Regulation 87 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
