Dudley MBC has approved the delivery of a service to provide the design, installation, removal and recycling,together with the maintenance, servicing and repairs of domestic lifts and associated builders work within Council owned, privately owned, privately rented and housing association owned properties located throughout the Borough. Domestic lifts are defined as being those that are installed within a domestic residence and shall include, but not limited to straight track stair lifts, curved track stair lifts, seated vertical through floors lifts, wheelchair vertical through floor lifts, external step lifts and external platform lifts.
