Abstract

Sandwell Children’s Trust is seeking to identify suitable providers offering foster carers placements for children by undertaking a procurement exercise. This procurement is being undertaken by Sandwell Children’s Trust (‘the Trust’) in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The services being procured fall under Schedule 3 of the regulations and are subject to the light touch regime.
