Initially, 29 potential bidders expressed their interest in this opportunity, followed by 12 bids received and evaluated against the agreed pricing and quality evaluation criteria split of 60 % price to 40 % quality. The quality pass mark was set at 24 % out of the total available score. Following evaluation of the bids by a cross council panel, the recommended suppliers with the highest scores in each lot (1-6) were selected for the establishment of a framework agreement for the period of 4 years.
Following the evaluation of lot 7 the recommended supplier with the highest scoring bid was selected for the contract award.
