This is a notice announcing the official award notification for the North East Hampshire and Farnham (NEHF) CCG and Surrey Heath (SH) CCG, with Associate Commissioners (East Berkshire CCG and North Hampshire CCG), ‘The Commissioners’ integrated community services contracts covering the three lot's as follows:
Lot 1: Joint Lot for North East Hampshire and Farnham CCG and Surrey Heath CCG;
Lot 2: North East Hampshire and Farnham only CCG;
Lot 3: Surrey Heath CCG.
The start dates of the contracts will be 1.4.2020. This process was undertaken as per the social, health and specific services in accordance with Directive 2014/24/EU Article 74.
