The service to be provided is an eProcurement System, which is broken down into multiple modules and has a complete solution option.
The modules are as follows:
— eTendering,
— eEvaluation,
— eAuction,
— DPS,
— eContract management.
This procurement also includes the transfer of data from the buying organisation's incumbent eProcurement system and post-implementation services of training, consultancy and customer support.
Suppliers will be required to be compliant with ISO20071 and GDPR 2018.
