Transport for Wales (TfW) Consultancy Panels (formerly referenced as ECS Minor Lots) will provide specific strategic consultancy services to TfW to capture current non-contracted spend and ensure continuity and compliance.
The Consultancy Panels tender will be targeted at niche consultancy services that TfW can call upon to deliver transport services in Wales, these will take a number of forms and will evolve as the organisational remit of TfW grows. The aspiration of TfW is to engage the local SME market for delivery of these services if possible.
To assist TfW in selecting the most effective tendering and contracting strategy and to answer questions from the market, there will be two Meet the Buyer events held in North and South Wales. See VI.3 Additional Information.

The events will consist of a short presentation on the scope and tender process followed by a networking event for any further questions and feedback on the presentation content.
It is anticipated the tender will be administered via the e-tender wales portal.
Business Wales will be also be there to provide expert support and advice to anyone interested in tendering for this event.
