II.1.4) Short description
International Nuclear Services (INS) on 20 February 2019 published a prior information notice (2019/S 037-083347) and on 2 February 2020 published a contract notice (2020/S 024-055339) in the OJEU, for the award of a ship management services contract. Due to the time delay caused by the government restrictions in response to and as a result of Covid-19, the contracting authority, INS, withdrew this contract notice and associated ITT and is re-issuing this new PIN/RFI to restart market engagement on our ship management requirement.
With this engagement, International Nuclear Services (INS) wishes to identify suppliers who may be interested and have the experience and capability, to provide ship management services for British Flagged INF 3 class vessels.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
INS wishes to re-engage with the market to identify suppliers who may be interested and have the experience and capability, to provide ship management services for British Flagged INF 3 class vessels and gain market intelligence to help test our assumptions and inform our sourcing strategy.
INS has created a short questionnaire which is available to download from our CTM system. If you wish to participate in this exercise, please download and complete the questionnaire.
Note: if you responded to our original RFI we are keen to hear from you again as we have now included our proposed scope of works and draft contract in order to give you a fuller picture of our requirement.
For the avoidance of doubt all dates and values identifies are purely indicative as the sole purpose of this PIN is to establish interested suppliers only. Participation in this market sounding exercise is not a pre-requisite for the future procurement process nor does it guarantee selection in a future procurement process.

Any appeals should be promptly brought to the attention of the contact specified in section I) above and will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Any appeals must be brought within the timescales specified by the applicable law, including without limitation, the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
