Explanation
Extreme urgency to expand an existing CGTC IT Infrastructure network into the Braintree facility as soon as possible after acquisition completion. The extension of existing CGTC supplies or installations where a change of supplier would oblige the contracting authority to acquire supplies having different technical characteristics which would result in the incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties in operation and maintenance.
