The project is for the provision of the delivery of social housing units in Belfast by means of a design and build framework agreement, where the economic operator provides the land, designs, constructs and completes the scheme for Radius Housing in accordance with the DfC Housing Association Guide, Clients requirements and statutory body requirements. Radius expects to appoint a developer by March 2021 to deliver up to 50 units.
