Abstract

Swansea Council is looking to procure two PAS 68 automatic bollards to be installed at the junction of Caer Street / Wind Street and QuayParade / Wind Street in Swansea City Centre. The two PAS68 automatic bollards are installed as per the drawing T901_100_001 and specification in this tender opportunity. The bollard must be tested to the British PAS 68 standard with a 30,000 kg vehicle travelling at 80 kph (50 mph). The bollard should remain intact after impact and not allow a second vehicle to pass. Monitoring of the bollards will interface with Swansea CCTV centre and the Telematics UTMC system for fault monitoring. The Bollard needs to be able to be serviced by one person.

— Note the deadline for completion, then follow the onscreen instructions to complete the ITT.
