The appointed supplier will need to cover two areas
1) Skips at fixed sites. Multiple skips at St James Lane (Coventry CV3), 1 multi-use skip at Torrington Avenue (Coventry CV4) and 1 or multi use skips at Dolphin House (Birmingham B10). These skips would need to be delivered and picked up as requested and empty skips provided on same day.
2) Delivery of skips to multiple addresses across Coventry and Birmingham. These skips would need to be dropped off at various locations and be filled with all kinds of materials including, glass, wood, plastics, fridges, cookers, builders waste, from either void properties or for clearance of fly tipping incidents. The skips would need to be picked up as requested and removed from site. This would require a quick response so the skip does not become a fire risk outside one of our properties.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
Citizen Housing Group will incorporate a minimum 10 day calendar standstill period at the point information on the award of the Agreement is communicated to tenderers. The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland). Generally any such action must be brought within 30 days from the date the aggrieved party knew or ought to have known about the alleged breach. Where the agreement has not been entered into, the Court may order the setting aside of the award decision or order Citizen Housing Group to amend any document and may award damages. If the Agreement has been entered into the Court may only award damages or may in certain circumstances declare the Agreement award to be ineffective.
