In collaboration with Mid and West Wales and North Wales Fire and Rescue Services, South Wales Fire & Rescue Service is seeking an Occupational Psychologist to assist and support a range of recruitment, selection and development activities for Assessment processes. These may include exercises and assessments relating to either the Fire Service PQA’s or the NFCC framework.

The three Fire & Rescue Services in Wales are seeking the services of a registered British Psychological Society (BPS) Occupational Psychologist to design and develop Assessment processes exercises, for Fire Service PQA or NFCC frameworks that comply with the ‘Guidelines for Best Practice for Assessment Development Centres’ as set by the BPS, in support of the annual programme of Assessment activities.
