The IF105 Integrated Partnerships Framework will be set up as 3 multi-party lots (as set out further below). Economic operators are entitled to submit tenders for 1, several or for all separate individual lots of the framework. However please note that NI Water will not appoint the same economic operator or group of economic operators to more than one lot. This rule will not though preclude the appointment of an economic operator to one lot and the appointment of the same economic operator as part of a group of economic operators or as a subcontractor to another economic operator or group of economic operators on another lot.

Any proceedings relating to a breach of a duty owed by the contracting authority to an economic operator under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, in relation to this procurement, must be started within 30 days beginning with the date when the economic operator first knew or ought to have known that grounds for starting the proceedings had arisen. The 30 day limitation period can exceptionally be extended by the Court to up to 3 months from deemed date of knowledge if satisfied there is good reason for doing so.
