Carmarthenshire County Council wishes to ensure that the marketplace plays an active role in shaping a viable and attractive tender opportunity. As a result, it has published an early market engagement questionnaire and interested parties may express their interest in this opportunity by completing the survey.

The questionnaire can be completed in either Welsh or English by selecting the language option at the top of the survey page.
Completed questionnaires must be submitted online by 17:00 (BST) on 12/10/20.
On receipt of returned questionnaires, the Council reserves the right to contact interested parties if further clarification is required.
There are currently no tender documents available at this stage; submissions received will not be scored and will NOT form part of an evaluation process. Tender procedures and documents will be finalised following supplier feedback and issued thereafter.
This engagement exercise will not be used for the purposes of short-listing at a later stage and non-participation in this exercise, will not restrict access to the tender opportunity.
The Council reserves the final right to follow what it considers to be the most appropriate approach to market and will not meet any costs incurred by any party in responding to this exercise. Having considered all representations, the Council reserves the right to package the requirement in such a way as to offer the most cost effective and sustainable solution.
