Farming Connect Dairy Processor Project

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) were set by AHDB Dairy for the industry to improve competitiveness. The Dairy Conditional Aid (DCA) was a scheme introduced in early 2017, to pay dairy farmers in Wales to complete a detailed questionnaire. With the information collated through the DCA and KPI’s set by AHDB Dairy, Farming Connect will deliver a project to improve the business performance of dairy businesses. The project will involve working through a chosen Welsh milk processor to improve milk hygiene ratings of their suppliers.
