Abstract

Monmouthshire County Council has recently agreed to provide loan funding to an Alt.net Internet Service Provider, through a Special Purpose Vehicle, with the aim of building a digital infrastructure across Monmouthshire that would rapidly accelerate and benefit digital connectivity to rural businesses and residents in the County. The Council therefore seeks to procure a Project Manager to oversee the monitoring arrangements for the loan for a period of two years, to ensure that the conditions precedent are met, the infrastructure is deployed as anticipated and customer demand is stimulated.
