Broadmoor Hospital is managed by West London NHS Trust and is required to provide assurance through a ‘line of sight’ to the secretary of state for health and social care; another key stakeholder within the assurance framework is The Ministry of Justice.
West London NHS Trust is looking for a Supplier to provide preventative and reactive maintenance of Motorola Radio system installed within its Broadmoor Hospital located in Crowthorne, Berkshire.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
West London NHS Trust is looking for a Supplier to provide preventative and reactive maintenance of Motorola Radio system installed within its Broadmoor Hospital located in Crowthorne, Berkshire.
The Hospital operates a Mototrbo DM4600 Tier lll professional digital two –way desk top radio system plus DP4801e hand portable radios.
The appointed provider will provide a fully comprehensive parts, labour and callout response. for all fixed assets on the system. This to include all software/firmware upgrades as necessary. An annual Preventative maintenance visit will also be included.
Only suitably qualified, experienced and Motorola approved contractors will be considered for this contract.
