Abstract

Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council is seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Energy Efficiency Improvement Scheme for Private Sector Housing Via - Energy Company Obligation (ECO) Local Authority Flexible Eligibility (LA FLEX). This DPS will provide the Authority with an approved list of suitably qualified and experienced companies to provide energy efficiency measures under the new Energy Efficiency Improvement Scheme. Only those companies who can offer a comprehensive whole house approach will be selected, giving the applicant the full benefit of a full range of produces available under this scheme. The duration of the DPS will be 5th October 2020 – 31st December 2023. This notice is to facilitate new applications to the DPS.
