The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will report directly to the Client Project Manager to ensure that cost independence and control is maintained. The QS will monitor financial progress and report against the project budget and work closely with the project architect to ensure budgetary control. This brief amplifies the obligations of the QS and sets out specific services, which the QS shall perform.
