II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Anglian Learning is a multi-academy trust currently comprising 6 secondary and 7 primary schools in Cambridgeshire, West Suffolk and North Essex. The Trust educates over 7,000 pupils aged from 2-18 and employs over 900 staff. The Trust grew significantly in 2020 and is expecting to grow further. Another primary school is planned to join in April 2021 and the Trust will also run a new two-form primary school due to be constructed on the Marleigh development north of Cambridge airport and expected to open in September 2022.
The Trust is seeking a Consultant to provide management of its Capital Asset Management Plan. In providing this service, the Capital Asset Management Plan will be subject to major update in the autumn term of each academic year in consultation with schools and the Trust. This plan should then be reviewed as necessary at the end of the spring and summer terms. Works will be prioritised in accordance with reviews between the Consultant and the Trust. The Consultant
