Merthyr Valleys Homes is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Property Surveyor to complete Property Performance and Condition Surveys at two locations in Merthyr Tydfil, SWN YR AFON FLATS, CEFN COED, MERTHYR TYDFIL, CF48 2SA and MAES Y GARREG FLATS, CEFN COED, MERTHYR TYDFIL, CF48 2NB. Bidders will be required to survey the contract area and submit pricing to fully complete the project including all preliminary and associated costs whether expressly stated in the appending pricing documentation or not.

MVH is ideally seeking to appoint a supplier that has good knowledge of the local area and building types, and is able to act as a partner to MVH in ensuring the works are completed on time and to a high standard.
